Gaunt Obama with black circles

Has anyone noticed this or is it only me?
Obama has suddenly started looking a but gaunt, haggardly tired and has black circles too.
Looks like the presidential office is sucking the last drop of sleep out of him.

First off, I have only been Hillary's supporter all through the campaign .
At that point, everyone was going ga ga over him coz , they thought that he will get into power and wipe off every lil trouble all on his own without any participation and hardwork from the citizens who for one are largely responsible for their own credit card debts and life crises. Yeah?

Now, He is in power and for the first time, I am actually impressed that someone is really trying hard to do something about everything that he promised he will do about. I see a sincerity and a wish to really make a difference.
Meanwhile, suddenly the citizens realize that he is asking them to pitch in, do a bit of the hardwork too to bring back this country to this past glory. This request to pitch in really just won't go down well with lazy irresponsible citizens, will it?
All they wanted was a magic pill where they will continue to not go to college, they will continue to shun science, they will continue to be drugged out and party like crazy, they will continue to purchase things they can't afford and yet somehow they want the president to single handedly make life a fairy tale for them.
To think that the popularity ratings are coming down, I mean, these ratings and these online votes and their countings are all biased and not standardized you see,
One must remember the these popularity polls are not foolproof either. Perhaps, all real smart people are out there doing actual things that might help the economy while the jobless losers are sitting at home doing nothing other than voting on these polls. You get it? how internet popularity contests can be so false?
Anyways, Hoping to see more good work from Obama. i am slowly drifting in his favor actually.

I am still waiting on EQUAL WORK EQUAL PAY

One of Obama's promise was "Equal work equal pay".
I was kinda untrusting of Obama for the longest time( as evident from my older blog entries here ), till ofcourse ,finally, he came up with this goal on his election agenda.
That is when I sat up and started paying attention to him
I am yet to see him do something solid in terms of ensuring "Equal pay for Equal work" happens.
Meanwhile, media reports that the public is unhappy with Obama.Well !! I think the public was under the imnpression that Obama will just miraculously come to each of their homes and personally get rid of their credit card debt and unmess them up all and feed them and clothe them while they laze around or some such.
Well, Now that he is asking everyone to pitch in, suddenly he is unpopular?
The americans are getting lazier. They just want to laze around and be irrepsonsible and expect him to singlehandedly just magically make it all right.
Deal with it. Unless you make your effort, it is not going to work. He is not god(I don't believe in God, I am AGNOSTIC).He is only gonna TRY. Deal with it.

Loving Obama's Educational reforms

It is nice that good teachers are going to get incentives. that is what we need. Coz, teachers in todays's world are being so underpaid that all kinds of sex offenders become teachers. Gosh. Now that they start paying more, we will have more smarter people wanting to pursue teaching as their career.
Looks like the bad teachers are going to get rapped. I don't have an idea how that is going to work out really. Punishment for no performance will only demoralize. hmmm
Anyways, I see this other guy, gosh i forget his name, the former secretary of state, what is HIS NAME?
He goes all stern asking american children to PULL UP THEIR PANTS?
WHAT?
Seriously, I hope they don't go all regressive and start saying " let us cane the kids" gosh.
Yeah, he had a good point about how children in china and india are working longer hours. Yes i get that.Yeah, is the guy's name Colin powell(funny how proper nouns just slip my mind just like that) Yeah, he starts talking about how we need more working hours of school .hmmmm..don't quite like that. but yeah, i get his idea about how poor kids must have access to extra curricular activities and must be able to learn music and such during these hours. now yes, that is great.
I think , Teaching is a great job. I respect it. I am a physician today coz of some good teachers who really were great at teaching me science . I have had a few good teachers. They surely have made a change in my life. yes, i Love teachers. the good teachers.

well. Just had to come down here and earmark this blog with a pre new year entry.
Gas prices went up and then went down..
A lot of bank giants suddenly went down and now want more money

things happen..
years comes and they go
People get older
Point in case, I am getting older.I dont feel older, Prolly I do..I look the same.;I look younger than I am .. As in I look like a teenager and that doesnt help sometimes.. In terms of being taken seriously
I still have no idea which country i will end up settling down and building a house at .. .will i have a kitchen garden? or will be an apartment? will i have children? will the children be by arficial insemination much akin to the poor cows in the farms or will it be from a man that i will be comfortable enough to cohabitate and copulate with and not regret afterwards? Will i adopt children? If so , should i adopt a girl or girls or a girl and a boy or just a boy? oh oh the trouble with choices.. so yeah.. will i have a car? or cars? Am i not too old to still be figuring these things out? a few of my friends already have a car and couple of kids per piece.. They prolly yet dont own a house , unless they are the softwared code monkey.. those ones, they own a house too .
I am the only one yet still figuring it out.. yeah btw, some of my other friends. finished the marriage and kids and mortgage and now are on the verge of divorce and child custody battles.. and i am glad sometimes and then feel like i was the smarter one with no encumbrances so far to be able to decide on things with no limitations .. so yeah.. I am still deciding.
the other day. I read some homeless guy's blog and got really scared that I strangely am scared i might end homeless if i dont quickly make decisions and buy a home and have a kitchen garden and then have some children ..I am real scared..
EAch time i see a homeless person on the street , I am scared.. I just dont see how much i am different from them and then i shudder a lil more sitting there in the bus or the subway train..
I look at the skies and love them immensely. I let the wind caress my face and feel great
and yet suddenly , at the end of it.. the fact that i am taking time to make decisions ,, scares me.. I am scared , i will never make them and end up like that homeless guy who blogs .. gosh..

Hillary Clinton is sec of state

Yessss.. for one, ,I am starting to think that Obama does mean business..I have high hopes for the US coz US is truly a country of pioneers .. it is the only free country.. so yes.. we need someone who will make sure that country doesnt lose that distinction
Obama chose Hillary as his Secretaty of state.. and i am positively elated.. See.. both of them really want to do something for the country which is why egos have been put behind and they are trying to do what makes actual sense
I am exteremly proud of Hillary as is and i am sure she is going to go ahead and make wise and strong decisions for the country.
As a fellow wise young professional who is a woman ,, i am rooting for all powerful smart and sassy go getters like Hillary.. Hillary , I love you.
To every teenage girl reading this blog.. please have a career ,, please have a self esteem and please have an identity outside of the laundry room and kitchen.. because you are as much a human with needs for recognition and selfworth outside of your home and relationships as much as a man is entitled to.

Can't you wait to do the tour till after you become the president?

Obama recently returned from the world tour..Ohhhh kay..In what capacity did he actually do the world tour is what i ask?
that was too premature ..I do understand that he anticipates he is going to be the next president..but does he not think it appropriate to wait till nov before he does his world tour?
This kinda premature world tour , I am sure , made people who voted for him over Hillary, want to rethink the whole thing.I am pretty sure, some of them would like to go back and have voted for Hillary..
Look what you did..You chose this guy,,who went on a victory tour before the victory is announced.I seriously think that Hillary was the best choice of the three.
Meanwhile..Though i often end up Obama bashing very much, I have to acknowledge that i happened to listen to him at the Chicago 'Q and A'session post his world tour.He sure said the right things and looks like he does have the perspective on things all right and right on the pulse.He gave the right answers..All i hope is that he seriously takes some real action and backs up those words.

Venus Williams needs to understand that women are NOT the MINORITY

Venus williams gets on Larry King live and then gets asked the question about Obama..First all, i have no idea why, but every black person gets asked and is expected in some way to endorse Obama or vehemently oppose him just out of the novelty shock factor that one black person is not blindly supporting another black person.Since when has the presidential election become about skin color?Asking color based questions kind of over emphasizes and reiterates the fad that the the color of skin has to do with superiority or inferiority of a person's quality of character or personality.I do agree that social conditioning can shape a person's perception of things , but that is not skin color that does it.What does it is the environment people are brought up in..and most often than not, people who look similar by virtue of geographical location end up bundled up together in terms of behavioural pattern too.Ofcourse these days in America, skin colors of a certain shade prefer that they stay with their own kind and such-which i vehementaly am against..I think, there must be no cultural segregation.Anyways, now that i have digressed like crazy, let me come back to the topic on hand

Venus Williams gets asked about the presidential election and Obama..and she goes about saying this exact thing about how this time the presidential candidates were from minorities...and FOR ONE MOMENT, I was like.."Since when did women become Minorities?"
A minority is a group of people who are smaller in numbers than the majority..and the last time i checked..there were just as many females in the USA, as there are males..Infact, there is 54% of female demographic in the USA, which makes WOMEN THE MAJORITY..
I am not sure what she meant to say ..of if she even knew that women were not a minority...I am not even sure if she knew the meaning of the word minority or whatever...
Maybe she used the world but meant to mean something else..Whatever she meant to say..she said it all wrong...
WOMEN ARE UNDERREPRESENTED IN OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM..IN THAT WAY,yes, THEY ARE A MINORITY GROUP IN THE POLITICIAN CLAN.
AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE UNDERREPRESENTED TOO....SO THEY ARE A MINORITY IN THE POLITICAL SYSTEM AS MUCH AS THEY ARE A MINORITY IN NUMBERS as well.
THE HISPANICS ARE UNDERREPRESENTED .BUT AS FAR AS POPULATION DEMOGRAPHIC IS CONCERNED..HISPANICS ARE NOT THE MINORITY.WHY? AND HOW ?, YOU MIGHT ASK...
Well..All the illegal immigrants who ran across the border, deliberately went ahead and conceived and gave birth to 10 children per couple, just so that they dont get deported due to the anchor babies...wow..what a strategy...hmmmmm, but ofcourse , this issue of ANCHOR BABIES IS A WHOLE OTHER BLOG ENTRY .

Hillary's exit speech

I watched Hillary's exit speech...she extended her full support to obama now that she is conceding...hmmmm...she urgedt her voters extend their support to him...for some reason..I was moved by her exit speech..though perhaps she rehearsed much the prior evening or perhaps she meant it all to be deliberately mushy..but perhaps she was sincere too...I shed a single tear for some reason.>I am not usually this sillly person who get emotional with no logical backing towards feeling a certain emotion...but , well..she is not in the race
Obama is...for one...I instinctively feel that all he is good at is participating in debates and speaking sweet speeches...
The presidential election process must be less of a DEBATING OR PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION AND MORE OF ACTUAL DATA ANALYSIS IN TERMS OF PUTTING THE WORDS INTO ACTUALLY ACTIONS...unfortunately ..it is all about money laundering and public acting competitions ...Who cares...This is the country that reelected bush ...and yet keeps blaming him for everything...come on...suck it up...every single person in this country has had a role in the economic recession..dropping out of high school and getting pregnant, reading gossip magazines about the lives of entertainers who are high school drop outs themselves and who are also pregnant themselves..if everyone passes on doing something really science related..the country is going to end up a third world country..the people need to change their priorities in life..Have some respect for education and science and technology and pitch in too..seriously !

Obama talks but won't deliver

The presidential primaries ...Hmmmmm
I don't understand why it is being made into this contest of -black nominee and woman nominee..It should rather be just about who can deliver the goods at the end of the day irrespective of the color of their skin and irrespective of their gender.
It disheartens me very much that , Obama pretty much is perhaps the projected nominee...and I am not liking it at all
My gut instinct tells me that he won't deliver the goods
He is a sweet talker and it angers me each time when he just TALKS AT debates, thinking answering questions in debates is about saying the right thing or what he seemingly thinks is the right thing and all he talks is non technical and non specific sweet talk.
He is highly inexperienced and inequipped to acutally deal with and solve problems when it comes to it.
I feel sorry for this country, which is not even equipped enough to know the difference between yapping and actually providing technically sound non romantic solutions to the various problems plaguing the country.
Obama seems to know that by smiling around and saying some silly but pleasant sounding stuff, he can manouver his way to becoming the nominee and even a president...
But ,i mean..If a guy is not even determined enough to be able to give up smoking -an addicitive habit which even in his own words ,"smoking is a deal breaker" with his wife and still resorts to nicotine gum...I mean.It is so easy to yap , isn't it..But when it actually comes around to doing what you promised, you already know and don't care that you won't really deliver.
He is a bull shiter .
It distresses me that people care less for real actions or a real resume and all they care is a smile and some silly ass romantic sounding babble which might not be logically or technically sound but just is nice to hear to .. It makes me sad..The country is digging it's own grave.He will just make tall promises and i assure you that he will fall short in every single one of them.
IF EVERYONE IS OF THE OPINION THAT EMPTY PROMISES NEVER HURT ANYONE..WELL.THIS TIME..THESE EMPTY PROMISES ARE GOING TO HURT A WHOLE COUNTRY
