I was browsing through a japanese website and they linked me to this
japanese store for nuts and spices...Needless to say, this website was
full of japanese words, Honestly,Japanese websites are too
CARTOONISH (full of flashing images that distract the eye) and the
font is too difficult to decipher too.
Couldn't make head or tail of it all, so ,
I came back, looked for more help and this lady on the website says this :
ナッツ (nattsu) - nuts
スパイス (supaisu) - spices
ハーブ (haabu) - herbs
ドライフルーツ (dorai furuutsu) - dry fruits
シー ド (shiido) - seeds
実 (み, mi) - seeds
yeah..so "nuts" becomes "nuts-ooooh" and that is japanese? no really?
same for "spices",, "supaisu"..
All the above mentioned words are just
DISTORTED PRONOUNCIATIONS OF ENGLISH WORDS...This is absolutely FAKE
JAPANESE...Are there no ORIGINAL WORDS in japanese for these food
items?
duh
whosoever said that distoring english words to make a japanese accent
makes those words into japanese words?(ANGRY GLARE).I mean, seriously,
don't they have actual words for "nuts" in japanese?come on..how lazy
are japanese FOLKS getting these days?..or is it the lack of
vocabulary?..Surely , there must be actual japanese words for nuts
and spices that these punks are not aware of? ..thanks to their own
cheesy japanese.seriously!
